Generally speaking, all plans have common elements in them. They differ only with pricing and the hours of labor to be done. These elements are:

Preventative Maintenance - Clean servers and computers on a six (6) months cycle; Check on status of peripherals, network cabling, and connectors; Running virus checking and computer/network diagnostics.

Labor Services - Hardware upgrades and Software updating on the network operating system (NOS); Supporting and maintaining network connection between workstations and servers; Work on features such as security, integrity of the operating systems, application software updating, and other similar items.

Administration - Site logs, network operations and design, technical support, and those functions which maintain computer system performance.
