NETWORK SERVICE PLANS
HOURLY
BASIC
Price of this plan is $95.00 per month that involves two (2) hours of schedule and /or unscheduled labor service calls and up to 5 users. Any additional will be billed at $47.50 per hour. Installation is included after addition of time purchased. The plan is month to month basis.
MONTHLY PLANS
STANDARD
Price of this plan is $245.00 per month that involves ten (10) hours of schedule and/or unscheduled labor service calls and up to 15 users. Any additional hours above this amount will be billed at $47.50 per hour. Also, any number of users above 15 is charge at rate of $15.00 per 5 users. One year contract is required.
PROFESSIONAL
Price of this plan is $525.00 per month that involves unlimited hours of schedule and unscheduled labor service calls. Installation labor is included if the installed item come from Rogers Computers. Any additional hours above this amount will be billed at $45.00 per hour up to 10 hour. Two year contract is required.
OPTIONS

| Software Support service for any software package that Rogers Computers sells; includes training on how to use the software, report writing, and technical support from the software publisher. (Note: any questions on your third party software program please contact YOUR dealer to resolve them.) |
